We are looking for Senior Project Manager, Ecosystem Development to strengthen our team to manage selected LUMI AI Factory's (AIF) ecosystem activities. This consists of nurturing relationships of LUMI AI Factory with national and/or European stakeholders and networks, creating awareness of LUMI AIF and its services, identifying new collaboration opportunities, and overall influencing the AI ecosystems landscape to consolidate LUMI AI Factory's role there.
The Senior Project Manager will establish strong collaboration between the LUMI AI Factory and selected prominent AI and HPC ecosystem initiatives and makes LUMI AI Factory services visible and well-positioned in the AI ecosystem landscape, especially towards the selected industry sectors and private companies. In addition, you will foster collaboration opportunities between public and private sector organisations and RDI programs that support AI adoption and development.
In order to achieve these targets you will organize events and workshops to facilitate partnering with LUMI AIF. Further you will participate in selected regulatory/business/technical working groups of national and/or European initiatives, networks, and projects to influence the AI ecosystems development.
Essential part of your job is to ensure the LUMI AI Factory ecosystem activities are jointly planned to synchronised efforts across the LUMI AIF consortium and beyond.

What we expect:
Your skill profile should include:
Capability to combine business, technical, and political/regulatory perspectives to a big picture in the ecosystem development
Experience in managing or coordinating work of multi-partner innovation networks, communities or projects in national and/or international level
Knowledge of existing AI and HPC ecosystem initiatives and stakeholders is favored (national and/or European)
A Master's degree in a relevant field
We appreciate a systematic approach and initiative attitude to working and enthusiasm for professional development.
Excellent networking, team working and communication skills in verbal and written English are essential for teamwork and collaboration with our partners.

The LUMI AI Factory produces a cutting-edge infrastructure designed to bolster Europe's leadership in AI by seamlessly integrating world-class computing power, high-value data, and a Service Center with top-tier talent to support the rapid development of AI solutions and AI-driven projects.
