The Sensitive Data Development group is looking for an experienced senior developer to strengthen the skill set of our development team and to participate in the development of national and international sensitive data services, aimed at researchers from various scientific fields. 

Our team is aiming for Agile development, which means the whole team will help in problem solving and finding solutions. During the process, everyone contributes by sharing their knowledge and by learning from each other. As a senior software developer, you will work as a member of the development team. The team develops both frontend and backend features/solutions, and you will participate in design, development and testing processes. You will also work closely with DevOps to integrate the products into the services. Clear communication about progress and possible blockers is vital. You will also help guide the development process and share knowledge with the other team members based on your experience.

What we expect:

·       Collaboration skills

·       Senior level experience in software development

·       Can focus on backend development, system design and architecture knowledge

·       Experience in Python, Go, MQ, NoSQL and Docker

·       Knowledge on automated software tests

What we value in addition:

·       Experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, C, Bash, React, Git, Linux, Wasm, SQL and Kubernetes

·       Knowledge of agile development practices (e.g. Scrum, SAFe),IT service management (e.g. FitSM, ITIL) or ICT security, risk management and ISO/IEC 27001
