We are looking for Director to lead the new Internal Digitalization unit at CSC.

The unit is responsible for enabling and advancing the digital transformation of CSC by

·       Ensuring that CSC’s IT tools and collaboration solutions are coherent and interoperable.

·       Ensuring efficient management of CSC’s internal data and developing CSC’s capabilities to analyze and integrate internal information between functions and systems.

·       Leading the digitalization and automation of CSC’s internal processes.

·       Ensuring high-quality IT service management (ITSM) across CSC.

·       Advancing the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence across CSC’s internal work and processes.

The unit will play an important role in enabling fluent work and digital work environment for everyone at CSC, ensuring that the digital environment supports our efforts to serve our external customers. Also the key themes of security and sustainability must be considered in the development.

Key responsibilities of the position:

·       Leading the Internal Digitalization unit, its talents and competences, structures and operations.

·       Leading the internal digital transformation work at CSC with a long-term focus and ensuring that the work is aligned with CSC strategy and objectives.

·       Contributing to strategic planning.

·       Active stakeholder collaboration, CSC employee engagement and internal communications of the responsibility area.

·       Leading the partnerships that support the operations and development of the responsibility area.

·       Contributing to relevant development projects and steering structures, including the Shared ICT Solutions management group.

Required professional competencies:

·       Comprehensive understanding of digital transformation and fluent digital, location-independent work and collaboration

·       Understanding of both cloud and on-premise technology solutions available in the area of digital work, digitalization and IT service management, for example Microsoft 365 and ServiceNow

·       user and employee-centric service design practices and design thinking

·       experience on using automation and AI technologies in business support

·       understanding of common security, regulatory and compliance requirements in the target domain and risk management

·       concepts and practices related to IT service management and operations

·       understanding of data management, analytics and architecture domains

·       understanding of the general business requirements of a company producing critical ICT services


Education:

Relevant Master of Science degree or similar.


Work experience:

Worked in manager or director position for a minimum of 7 years with successful execution.
