Business Domain Manager, Health and Life Sciences

We are looking for Business Domain Manager, Health and Life Sciences to build and maintain deep understanding of customer needs and to organize the overall management and prioritization of the activities in the Health and Life Sciences domain. This is to ensure efficient use of resources and to maximize the value and impact for our Health and Life Sciences customers and stakeholders.

The Business Domain Manager will define value propositions to the target domain to address the specific needs and pain points and to attract and engage potential customers effectively. In this role you will also manage selected advanced customer projects by helping customers to understand and navigate the provided AI and HPC resources, tools and services.

You will collaborate closely with Customer Managers who are responsible of the day-to-day sales operations especially to industry customers. Our Sensitive Data Management and Elixir teams are also key stakeholders in your job. You will ensure the LUMI AI Factory's approach towards the Health and Life Sciences business domain customers is aligned (e.g., in form of customer interactions process and messages of the service offering). Essential part of your job is to participate in selected business domain initiatives and networks to shape the Health and Life sciences ecosystem nationally and internationally (such as EU programs). You may organize events in the business domain to foster collaboration with LUMI AI Factory stakeholders and facilitate new partnerships for AI projects.

What we expect:

Your skill profile should include: 

• Capability to combine business, technical, and political/regulatory perspectives to a big picture in the ecosystem development

• Experience in managing or coordinating work of multi-partner innovation networks, communities or projects in national and/or international level  

• Knowledge of existing AI and HPC ecosystem initiatives and stakeholders is favored (national and/or European)

• A Master's degree in a relevant field
