  • Partner with Work Package leads to align activities, optimize resource allocation, and foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture.

  • Provide ad-hoc support to task forces and working groups to accelerate project developments and resolve bottlenecks.

Consortium and External Alignment

  • Support and strenghten collaboration with LUMI AI Factory Antennas by fostering collaboration agreements and effective partnerships.

  • Promote alignment and cooperation within the European network of AI Factories to ensure shared goals and cohesive progress.

  • Awareness of  the European and international computing and AI ecosystem (key stakeholders and initiatives, emerging trends and challenges).

  • Very good ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences at all levels.

  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office and Jira to streamline workflows, communication, and documentation.
