We are now looking for a Data Protection Specialist for our Espoo office to join our jovial and motivated team of data protection and contract management experts. As a Data Protection Specialist, you help our people navigate the world of data protection with confidence and clarity.

You will be one of our go-to people for all things in data protection. You help colleagues with everyday data protection questions, especially when it comes to ROPA documentation. You create and run internal training and organize external certification courses. You keep data protection communication fresh and flowing through our internal channels. You make sure our intranet and website data protection pages are always looking sharp and up to date. You work closely with business unit leaders and our security team to keep data protection initiatives aligned across the organization.

Job requirements

What we are looking for

  • Relevant higher education degree (e.g. in legal, commercial or technical)

  • 1-2 years of solid experience in data protection field

  • Ability to define data protection requirements clearly to ICT specialists

  • Skills to agree and document ROPA with ICT specialists

  • Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English, both written and spoken

  • Strong commitment to contributing as part of a team, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders

  • Structured, solution-oriented approach to your work

Previous experience in data protection within the ICT field is considered advantageous. Additionally, data protection certificates (CIPP/E, CIPT) and experience in training or facilitation is seen as an valuable asset.
