Summer Trainee to Public Affairs
Public Affairs unit's summer trainee will assist the other unit members in substance issues, such as policy landscape analyses both at national and EU level, gathering information and preparing written material for the unit etc. The trainee may also make some analyses independently on specific themes agreed in advance. In addition to the substance work, the trainee will perform some administrative tasks, such as updating PA's INTO page and making the practical arrangements of PA's external and internal meetings and events.

Summer Trainee to Project Acquisition and Development and Valorization
The trainee will participate in the work of two groups that focus on CSC's international and RDI activities. As part of the Project Acquisition and Development (PAD) group the trainee will be supporting the management of CSC's RDI (Research, Development and Innovation) project portfolio data by updating the data and CSC's external web pages. In addition, the trainee will take part in developing the ways we manage and report our data. The trainee will also support other group members in various tasks, such as project implementation activities and documenting internal procedures.
As part of the Valorization (VALO) group, the trainee will be supporting the development of CSC's international engagement portfolio. The position in the two groups gives the trainee a good opportunity to take part in the development of both groups internal processes.
The trainee needs to have good organisation and communication skills and good knowledge of basic MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint). International experience is regarded as an asset.

Our summer trainees usually work from May to August, but other dates are also possible. The duration is usually 3-4 months. Please send your application no later than 13.02.2023.
